Francophonie day — is a day to celebrate the French language and Francophone culture. There are over 274 million French speakers around the world.
The day was observed by the French students of FAIPS on March 21 with much enthusiasm and with joy. The students were very glad to celebrate this day with Stefano Campopiano, Attaché de Cooperation pour le français. He was very much impressed with the way it was organized by the students.
There were many competitions organized on that day celebrating French culture and language. All the competitions were contested by the French Students of Classes 9th and 10th. They won the prizes for best French cuisine, best French song and music group and dance group.
The competitions and the entire program were organized by Class 10th French students, who did it with commitment and confidence. They were well supported by their French teachers and the school management to conduct the program with flair.
There were many entertainments to keep the audience well entertained and informed on France and French culture. It was a day to remember for the students.
