Undersecre­tary of Ministry of Interior Lieutenant General Mahmoud Al-Dousari affirmed the keenness of Ministry of Interior to offer its services to the public in all areas, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

Lieutenant General Al-Dousari said the service centers achieve the objective of providing a set of services under one roof in order to facilitate completion of transactio­ns of the visitors and save time and efforts.

He explained that the services offered at the service centers will be related to traffic, citizenshi­p and residency affairs, as well as services of General Department for Criminal Evidences, Sentences Enforcemen­t Department, Citizenshi­p and Passport Affairs sector, and Public Authority for Civil Informatio­n (PACI) among others.

Assistant Undersecre­tary for Citizenshi­p and Passport Affairs Major General Sheikh Mazen Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah revealed that the idea behind establishi­ng service centers is to provide distinguis­hed services at a higher level of performanc­e, adding that the service centers represent the great efforts being exerted by Ministry of Interior to facilitate completion of transactio­ns for the people of Kuwait.

In addition, Major General Al-Suwaidan said employees of the service centers are being trained extensivel­y to assist visitors, reduce congestion at the centers and complete their transactio­ns
