ACK, British Council sign agreement on IELTS examinations
The Continuing Education Center (CEC) of the Australian College of Kuwait (ACK) signed an agreement with the British Council in Kuwait to allow the latter to conduct International English Language Testing System

This move will play a huge role in facilitating the mechanism of undertaking the examination and was aimed at enhancing joint cooperation with the international educational establishments. Such cooperation represents continuation of the role played by the British Council for the interests of the people of Kuwait.
The agreement is also aimed at achieving mutual benefits and enhancing knowledge in English language through mutual cooperation between the British Council, in its capacity as the United Kingdom’s international organization for educational opportunities and cultural relations, and ACK’s Continuing Education Center by providing educational opportunities for the youth.
Representing ACK was the Acting Chief Operations Officer Eng. Sager Al-Sharhan while the British Council was represented by the Country Director of Kuwait Grant Butler. The Director General for Examinations in the Middle East and North Africa Mewari Miller was also present at the meeting.
