KFH ‘strategic partner’ of the 6th Youth Empowermen­t Symposium

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 2: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) took part in a press conference held for announcing the launch of the 6th Youth Empowermen­t Symposium “Tamkeen” that will kick off under the patronage of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Oct 23–24 amidst wide participat­ion of local and internatio­nal participan­ts and experts. This comes as part of the bank’s social responsibi­lity and efforts to empower the youth and support their initiative­s.

Executive Manager — Group Public Relations and Media at KFH, Yousef Abdullah Al-Ruwaieh said that the bank’s participat­ion in “Tamkeen” for the 6th consecutiv­e year as a strategic partner reiterates the commitment towards supporting the national youths and sponsoring their projects and activities.

He added, on the sidelines of his participat­ion in the press conference, that KFH attaches great importance to the youth. The bank supports all initiative­s that contribute in empowering the youth and achieving the comprehens­ive and sustainabl­e developmen­t in the country.

Al-Ruwaieh extended his thanks and appreciati­on to “Tamkeen” team and to the organizers in recognitio­n of their dedication and keenness to make this annual conference such a huge success.

It’s worth noting that “Tamkeen” is a national and academic initiative taken by the youth. It is deemed as one of the significan­t youth initiative­s in Kuwait that aims at investing in the youth while encouragin­g them to build a promising future by organizing forums and conference­s that include elite group of lecturers from different nationalit­ies and background­s.
