KUWAIT CITY, Nov 5: The Criminal Circuit of the First Instance Court acquitted three suspects of stealing two vehicles and welding machines from a company store in Sebiya area.
Legal representative of the company said they noticed a breach at the front gate of the company and found a Mitsubishi and Tata truck missing alongside a light pole and welding machines.
He added the Criminal Investigation Department arrested the suspects after identifying the stolen items in their possession in a livestock pen, indicating the first suspect had led the theft operation in which the second and third suspects were participants.

Khawla Al-Hassawi defended the accused and requested the court to acquit them of all charges based on lack of enough proofs to support the allegation.
Buyabes hearing:
The Misdemeanor Court Monday will resume hearing in the case involving detained journalist Hamid Buyabes who is standing trial for insulting the authority of the Amir.
In the previous session, Buyabes denied all allegations leveled against him and assured that his lawyer will articulate his position in subsequent sessions. He pleaded bail, saying he has two sons and a daughter studying in the US and needs to contact.
He disclosed earning bail in a different case and complying later when the court ordered his remand.
Defense Lawyer Refai Aloush in a statement said his client is on trial for blogging, and the condition will be articulated in the court. He reaffirmed the allegation of the prosecution officer was misinterpreted, and it will be disproved in the court.
