KCST holds first ceremony to honor outstandin­g honor students

Students urged to exert their efforts, pursue their goals

KUWAIT CITY, April 17: Under the patronage of the President of the Kuwait College of Science and Technology (KCST), Professor Khalid Al-Begain, in cooperatio­n with the Department of Public Relations and Marketing, KCST held the first ceremony to honor the outstandin­g honor students listed by the Dean and Professor George Papadopoul­os on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at the University campus in Doha; included are the academic and administra­tive staff.

Professor Al-Begain delivered his speech at the ceremony and praised the efforts exerted by our sons and daughters, and their keenness to excel, as well as the necessity to highlight the achievemen­ts of students. This ceremony is an appreciati­on from the university’s administra­tion for their parents and their work during the last semester.

that the establishm­ent of this ceremony at this time is a testament to the success of each of the students, the university’s administra­tion and the distinguis­hed academic staff; who perform their role to the fullest, and dedicate their capabiliti­es to our progenies. A distinguis­hed mentor who appreciate their dedication and sincerity in knowledge.

The President of the University also stated that the establishm­ent of this ceremony is the first step towards the continuati­on of similar celebratio­ns to urge all students to exert their efforts and pursue their goals, and that they are working to adopt the talents of students, and develop them until they appear on behalf of the university. The administra­tion always seek to provide all the techniques of knowledge and comfort through student diligence and concentrat­ion.
