Dr Redha seeks monthly reports
KUWAIT CITY, April 18: Undersecretary of Ministry of Health Dr Mustafa Redha enforced decentralization system by distributing tasks among assistant undersecretaries based on their specializations, reports Al-Anba daily.
He assigned Assistant Undersecretary for Technical Affairs Dr Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi to sign the contracts of non-Kuwaiti doctors, dentists, and assistant professionals who employed based on temporary contracts.
Dr Al-Mutairi is authorized to approve the wages of the visiting consultant doctors as well as temporary doctors and technicians.
Furthermore, Dr Redha authorized Assistant Undersecretary for Legal Affairs Salman Al-Haifi to receive the correspondences referred from Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority, Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Justice, and prepare appropriate responses to those correspondences as well as address the relevant department to prepare necessary responses and provide information about the coming correspondences.
Also, Dr Redha authorized Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative Affairs to sign decisions related to transportation for all employees of the ministry except for doctors and supervisory employees, based on regulations specified by Civil Service Commission (CSC).
In addition, Dr Redha asked all authorized assistant undersecretaries to provide him with monthly reports on their accomplishments based on the authorizations they have given.
