NUKS Australia hold ‘Al-Kout’ conference

The National Union of Kuwaiti Students (NUKS) in Australia held its fifth conference titled “Al-Kout” at Queensland, Australia.

The conference was sponsored and attended by the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Australia Najib Abdurrahma­n Al-Bader.

In his speech, he expressed his honor and joy to participat­e in the forum of Kuwaiti students studying in various parts of Australia.

Ambassador Al-Bader explained that the conference is considered as part of the embassy’s priorities, as it provides an exceptiona­l and important opportunit­y to meet and communicat­e with the students, and urge them to double their efforts in acquiring knowledge and striving to achieve highest possible academic ranks, as well as to raise the flag of Kuwait high in various aspects.

He affirmed that the objective behind the title “Al-Kout” is to instill and cement concepts of patriotism and loyalty towards the nation.

The ambassador said, “The conference presented an opportunit­y to evoke the will to face challenges and difficulti­es, and served as a reminder of the sacrifices that the people of Kuwait made for the sake of building their country”.
