KUWAIT CITY, April 22: The Symphony Style Hotel Kuwait begins 2018 with a new and innovative responsible business drive with introduction of Sprout® to suites guests and meeting rooms

Under the initiative ‘Grow Me Don’t Throw Me’, Symphony Style Hotel Kuwait is proud to be the first to bring the original and patented Sprout Pencils, Sprout®, to Kuwait.

Sprout® Pencils are a global success story, with a presence in more than 60 countries. Their introduction at Symphony Style Hotel Kuwait enables guests to play an active role in the hotel’s wide-ranging green initiatives.

The Sprout Pencils will be given as a green and responsible souvenir to all hotel suite guests, with the compliments of the hotel management in the hope they will be ambassadors of green initiatives themselves and at the same time enjoy the flower that will blossom from the pencil. The pencils will also be distributed in the meeting rooms under the ‘Growing meetings’ concept, which symbolizes the management’s wishes business visitors to have the most fruitful and successful meetings in Symphony Style Meeting Rooms.

Sprout is a pencil with a twist. When the pencil becomes too short to use, the stub can be planted and, with a little bit of care and attention, it grows into a refreshing herb such as sage, mint or lemon balm, or blossoms into a colorful flowerlike sunflower, lavender or sweet pea that can be used to decorate office desk or at any corner around your home.

The idea behind the Sprout pencil is that you plant the stub when you would have thrown it out. This way it will encourage you to think about how you can recycle more in your everyday life.
