Teacher deported, boy molested

Caretaker harasses girl

KUWAIT CITY, May 12: The Director-General of the Hawally Security Department Major-General Abdeen AlAbdeen has ordered the deportatio­n of an Arab teacher for molesting a Kuwaiti boy, reports Al-Anba daily.

A security source said, this happened when a Kuwaiti man who is believed to be in his 40s filed a complaint with the Salwa Police Station accusing the teacher of molesting his 7-year-old son when the suspect was alone with the boy. However, when the interrogat­or asked the father if he wants to file a case against the teacher, the father refused. However, the senior police official has ordered his deportatio­n.

Girl molested:

Police have arrested the Egyptian caretaker of a building in Fintas for molesting a 10-year-old girl, reports Al-Rai daily.

A security source said the girl was playing in the vicinity of the building and the suspect lured her into his room under the pretext of giving her sweets.

The arrest came after the girl told her father the suspect closed the door after she entered and touched her body and tried to take off her clothes, but she screamed, opened the door and escaped.

Sensing trouble, the suspect left for a while and when he returned to take his belongings, police caught him and took him to the police station.
