Mahmoud wins ‘Service Recognition Award 2017’

KUWAIT CITY, May 13: Copthorne Al Jahra Hotel & Resort Director of Sales, Mahmoud Hussein, has been won “Service Recognition Award 2017” at the 2018 Directors of Sales Conference gala held on April 27, 2018 at M Millennium Hotel in Dubai.
Mahmoud has succeeded through his commitment and persistence to place Copthorne Al Jahra among the big players of the hospitality business in Kuwait. 2017 was a remarkable year by all means with all the performance indicators skyrocketing. Despite of the challenging location of the hotel being 50-km away from the city, Mahmoud and his team managed this year to work against all odds and achieve the highest occupancy a hotel has seen in Kuwait in 2017. The hotel occupancy has grown by 30% YOY and have been almost running full house for the last quarter of 2017.
