Indian Frontliners forms new committee for 2018/’19
IFL team members with their families attend meeting
KUWAIT CITY, June 9: To continue its support for social initiatives and render responsible social care and develop the capabilities of the youth talents, the Indian Frontliners (IFL) a service organization has formed a new committee for 2018-2019. The event was held at the Hotel Saravana Bhavan, Fahaheel.
The meeting was attended by Frontliners team members with their families. The gathering was welcomed by Mrs Vijayapriya.
During the event the newlyinducted President Dr Mrs Ananthi Natarajan HSB, Kuwait and the Vice-President P. Senthil Kumar M.S. (EQUATE) were honored by Mrs Padmavathy Senthil Kumar, Prabhakaran and Mathi, Secretary, IFL.
Prominent writer and founder of Frontliners N.C. Mohandoss gave the key note address giving details of the last successful mega event which was organized by the IFL in May at The Cambridge School, Mangaf, an occasion that was graced by many celebrities from India.
He thanked the team members for their strenuous efforts to make the event a success. The CD detailing the event was released by the president and received by Dr Ambalavanan. Subbu of Frontliners gave indepth details and the surplus funds available for future welfare activities.
All members were then requested to recommend the names of deserving students who request for educational support, which the IFL can support.
In her presidential speech, Dr Natrajan thanked the team members for giving her the opportunity to serve the IFL and said she is “looking forward for their support.”
While thanking the gathering, Vice-President Kumar emphasized on the need for innovative thinking, youth participation and doing more and more to help the needy people around the world.
Dr Swati Sarabhai, Food Technologist and Hari, Micro biologist discussed the topic on gluten free diet and how to spread awareness among people. At the end of the event a sumptuous dinner was served to carry for- ward the sweet memories and accomplishments of the past year.
The Indian Frontliners Service Organization is registered with the Indian Embassy, Kuwait. The IFL is the brainchild of writer N.C. Mohandoss who works hand in hand with service-minded people with the aim of serving the needy people and do things which count for others.
