Infiltrator, shelterers nabbed
KUWAIT CITY, June 9: The Administrative Court ordered an investor to pay KD 23,000 to a businessperson as the cost of commercial goods delivered to the investor.
Lawyer for the businessperson, Attorney Khawla Al-Hassawi, argued that according to the documents, the investor must pay for the goods worth KD 23,000. He said the businessperson delivered the goods in two batches, but the investor failed to fulfill his obligation.
Al-Hassawi indicated that despite serving the investor with legal summon, he did not appear in court nor present any defense. This prompted the court to oblige payment for the goods received as per the agreement signed between the two parties.
