Bookeey donates Girgean packages to kids at ‘Mahmoud Haidar Centre’

KUWAIT CITY, June 9: For the occasion of Ramadan Bookeey (owned by Xenon prepaid electronic card payment Co W.L.L. — Xpay) has donated Girgean packages for girls and boys being cared for by Mahmoud Haidar Centre for Social Welfare. This work was an attempt by Bookeey to create a smile on the faces of these children.

The centre is characteri­zed by community awareness for the rights of orphans due to the importance of this category and its right to deal with all groups of society. The centre is made of sixsix-storeys with an area of about 3,000 square meters in Hawalli area to ensure a safe and dignified life for these children. It is an example of the good deeds that the people of Kuwait have always taken throughout their careers in giving and providing relief to those in need. The centre is designed to suit the nature of the children which gives their lives a sense of complete reassuranc­e and motivates them to study and achieve high educationa­l standards through the latest audio visual aids and computer systems in a safe, secure and monitored digital environmen­t.
