KUWAIT CITY, June 9: Gulf Cables and My Fatourah have been moving close to qualifying for the final match of the late Abdullah Meshari Al-Roudhan Futsal Tournament.

of the tournament, Gulf Cables Team mercilessl­y dismantled the Credit Bank Team with the highest defeat of 7-0 in the tournament so far.

The score sheet shows that Saleh Haider scored a hat-trick, and one of the best players in the tournament Brazilian Bola scored a brace, while Meshari Al-Nekas and Meshari Al-Dhubaibi completed the remaining two goals.

Bilbao made his move late on during the gruelling stage that is almost the same as next month’s Tour de France stage 11, with four major climbs and a summit finish at la Rosiere.

Thomas came in second after launching a late attack of his own, managing to put some further valuable seconds between himself and his rivals for the leader’s yellow and blue jersey.
