Burgan Bank puts a smile on faces of children in collaboration with KACCH

KUWAIT CITY, July 7: As one of the leading Kuwaiti financial institutions contributing in society, Burgan Bank reiterated its support to the Kuwait Association for Care of Children in Hospital (KACCH) by visiting the children this season, as part of its 17-year-long commitment to supporting the organization. Burgan Bank Public Relations representatives, staff and volunteers visited the children’s section of Al Razi Hospital as part of the Bank’s community program entitled “ENGAGE” together to be the change. This visit is part of a series of visits organized by the Bank throughout the year as part of its social responsibility program aimed at contributing to the welfare of the community.
Stemming from its firm belief that compassion and inclusion spread joy and aid healing, the Bank’s representatives spend valuable time with and distributed exciting gifts to the children at KACCH. As the children try to restore their health and live normally, during the heartwarming visit, Burgan Bank conveyed messages of encouragement to help every child feel better and sent notes of positivity that drew smiles on the faces of the children.

KACCH is a non-profit organization that operates Child Life Programs supported by Child Life Specialists and Play Leaders across six government hospitals in Kuwait. KACCH staff work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professional to reduce the negative impact of hospitalization and create a happier experience for sick children and their families.
