Citizen dead in Jahra stable

KUWAIT CITY, July 10: A citizen was found dead in a stable in Jahra, reports Al-Rai daily.

Jahra securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location after the Operations Unit in the Interior Ministry received a call from a citizen who reported that one of his friends was found lying down inside the stable without any movement.

Upon arrival at the scene, the paramedics discovered that the man was already dead. His remains were referred to Forensics.

A case was registered and investigation is underway to determine if there is criminal suspicion in the incident or none.

Woman robbed:

An Egyptian woman has filed a compliant at Fintas Police Station against her friend who allegedly stole her gold bracelet from her handbag when she visited the friend in Fintas, reports Al-Rai daily.

In her complaint, the woman revealed she discovered that her bracelet was missing when she returned home. She then asked her friend but the latter denied seeing or taking the bracelet.

The complainant provided police with information about the suspect and investigations are in progress to verify the woman’s allegation.

Meanwhile, a citizen filed a complaint at Nuwaiseeb Police Station accusing an unidentified person of stealing KD 1,350 from the compartment of his car , reports Al-Anba daily.

Officers from the Criminal Evidence Department lifted fingerprints .and the search for the suspect has started.
