Egyptian stabbed:
News in Brief
Two unidentified persons have broken into a construction site in Kabad where they assaulted and stabbed an Egyptian guard, reports Al-Rai daily.
A security source revealed the guard placed a distress call to the Operations Unit at the Interior Ministry, reporting that two masked persons tried to steal copper cables from the construction site. He then prevented them from doing so by using a baton, but one of them held him while the other punched, kicked and stabbed him. The guard was taken to a nearby hospital.
A case was registered and police are now looking for the culprits.
