KUWAIT CITY, July 30: A Kuwaiti youth was arrested for consuming and possessing drugs, reports AlAnba daily.

A police patrol noticed traffic congestion along King Fahd Expressway but the officers were surprised when they found out the reason – a youth was fast asleep inside his car which stopped in the middle of the road.

The youth appeared disoriented so the officers inspected his car thoroughly, leading to the discovery of an undisclosed quantity of drugs.

A case was registered and the youth was referred to the Drug Control General Department.
