Audiences of His Highness the Amir and His Highness the Crown Prince
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Monday at Bayan Palace Acting Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
His Highness the Amir also met with the Chairman of Kuwait Red Crescent Society Dr Hilal Al-Sayer and his wife Margaret, who was recently the recipient of the Order of the British Empire for her contributions towards children’s welfare.
Describing the honorable accolade as an act of unbridled generosity, His Highness the Amir wished her and other philanthropists further success.
Meanwhile, following a meeting with His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Monday, Mrs Margret Al-Sayer expressed honor and gratitude to His Highness the Amir for his support to (Bayt Abdullah).
Al-Sayer said, “His Highness the Amir was supporting us and standing behind us all the way. We appreciate all his efforts and on behalf of the children in Bayt Abdullah and all the workers in the facility who made a beautiful place for children with very serious diseases, we thank him for his efforts.”
In the meantime, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace Monday Chief of the National Security Bureau Sheikh Thamer Ali Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah.
His Highness also received the newly-appointed Qatari Ambassador to Kuwait Bander Bin Mohammad Al-Attiyah.
His Highness the Crown Prince also received the newly-appointed Ambassadors of Malaysia and Liberia to Kuwait, where head of the Crown Prince Diwan Sheikh Mubarak Al-Faisal Al-Saud Al-Sabah attended.
His Highness Sheikh Nawaf also met with Chairman of Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) Dr Hilal Al-Sayer and Mrs Margaret Al-Sayer on the occasion of them receiving the British Empire Medal from Queen Elizabeth II for their volunteer work in the field of child assistance. (KUNA)
