‘Kuwait Audit Bureau’ discusses co-op with Prince Charles’ agency

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov10, (KUNA): A delegation of Kuwait Audit Bureau has held talks with officials of Prince Charles’ sustainable development agency on cooperation issues.
Iman Al-Hwaidi, first member at the diwan technical bureau for supervision on independent authorities, said in a statement to KUNA on Friday that the discussions were held after conclusion of the World Congress of Accountants, hosted by the Australian city Sydney.
Prince Charles’ agency is one of the leading organizations in accountancy and sustainability, AlHwaidi said.
Regarding the convention, she said the Kuwaiti delegation, headed by the bureau acting chairman, Adel Al-Saraawi, attended a large number of symposiums that addressed a host of issues, namely employment of information technology.
Al-Hwaidi added that she had personally showcased on the congress sidelines the bureau policy of continuous modernization of its works.
The four-day event brought together more than 6,000 participants from 130 countries.
