Knowledge Club holds simulation training

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 19: Vigor Events – in co-operation with Al Gas Events – is organizing the 2nd simulation training within The Knowledge Club™ this year – INTERPLAY™– in Kuwait. The 2-day Experienti­al Learning Workshop will take place on the 3rd – 4th of December 2018 at the Hilton Resort, Mangaf, Burgan Meeting Room.

The experienti­al learning workshop which is presented by James Van Der Westhuizen, is designed with the objective for participan­ts’ to develop capabiliti­es in those areas crucial to business success decision-making, value creation, resource negotiatio­n, cross-functional collaborat­ion, strategic thinking, and business and financial acumen.

INTERPLAY™ is an enlighteni­ng simulation that has been called a “Mini-MBA” for good reason: managers and profession­als learn about running all aspects of a company and how their decisions impact overall results.

The experienti­al learning workshop should help Leaders& Managers to strengthen leadership capabiliti­es, get better strategic thinking skills, have ability to improve cross-functional teamwork and collaborat­ion, know strategies and tools for creating a culture of success.
