MoH keen on providing the latest equipment to treat skin diseases

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 6, (KUNA): Kuwait Ministry of Health (MoH) is keen on providing latest medical equipments and techniques for treatment of skin diseases, a ministry official said Tuesday.

Dr Fatma Al-Najjar, Assistnat Undersecretary for Private Medical Services, said MoH has been supplying dermatology clinics with state-of-art equipment like laser treatment, as well as techniques for treatement of newborns.

She was addressing children skin diseases forum, attended by doctors and researchers from GCC, Arab, European and Asian countries, and the US.

Skin is the mirror of many diseases, she said.

The forum, said Al-Najjar, aimed at shedding light on skin diseases among children.
