Shifa Al Jazeera marks 10th anniversary

Group provides affordable healthcare

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 11: Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Centre, Farwaniya celebrated its 10th anniversary at a special ceremony that was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Kuwait on Sunday 9th December 2018.

The splendid event was also a grand get-together for the employees of all three branches in Kuwait-Farwaniya, Fahaheel and Jleeb Al Shuyoukh. During the event, Munthasar Majeed, Vice-Chairman of Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Group, stated the Group’s achievement and remarkable growth in the past 10 years in the healthcare sector of Kuwait. He remembered the great efforts of its far-sighted leader Dr KT Rabeeullah, the Founder and Chairman of Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Group. It was his vision that affordable healthcare be accessible to the community in Kuwait besides the rest of GCC. In its endeavour to spread its services to various regions of Kuwait, the second branch of Shifa Al Jazeera was set up in Fahaheel in 2011 and the third one in Jaleeb Al Shuyoukh (under the name of Al Nahil Int’l Clinic) in 2014. Munthasar Majeed added that the whole credit for this immense progress is owed to the Kuwaiti communities that supported the venture wholeheartedly. He also expressed his appreciation and thanks to all doctors and other employees who served with loyalty and dedication in the past 10 years.

Dr Khaled Al Kandari, the Executive Board Advisor of Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Group in Kuwait, also expressed his excitement and satisfaction in achieving the milestone of a decade of steady growth by which, various strata of customers from Kuwaiti nationals to all expatriate communities that were able to enjoy affordable and quality healthcare in Kuwait.

During the event the Group unveiled its rebranded and refreshed logo, to mark 10 years of Excellence and many more successful years ahead. All employees who had served for more than 10 years were honoured with mementos at the ceremony which were handed over by Mr Munthasar Majeed, the Vice Chairman and Dr Khaled Al Kandari, the Executive Board Advisor.The event was followed by a sumptuous dinner.
