Human Resource Unit at the Department of Administration and Technical Auditing in Kuwait University organized a workshop on “The concept of evaluating the performance of Kuwait University employees”.

Charge D’ Affairs of Administration and Technical Auditing Ghadeer Al-Juwaihel delivered the lecture and pointed to major differences between the old method of evaluation and the new one. She also stated advantages of the new method of evaluating employees, which is scheduled to kick off early 2019.
