The Financial and Administrative Affairs Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a circular to all foreign missions on the need to install fingerprint devices, reports Al-Anba daily.

This is in line with the decisions and circulars issued by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and the ministry’s directive to apply the fingerprint attendance system, warning there will be salary deductions for employees who do not report for work on time or absent without a valid reason.
