Kuwaiti Army’s Administration and Personnel Council at Mubarak AlAbdullah Leadership and Joint Staff College recently organized an orientation forum for officers covered by the declaration of assets system, under the auspices of Chief of General Staff of the Army Lieutenant General Mohammad Al-Khidher and in the presence of his deputy Lieutenant General Abdullah Al-Nawaf.
