Camels grazing in Nature Reserve seized
A stray camel is seized by the authorities. The Environment Police, during a campaign that was launched in the Al-Layah Nature Reserve in cooperation with a team from the Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources have resulted in the seizure of a herd of camels grazing in the area, reports Al-Anba daily.
Legal action shall be taken against the owner of the herd for violating the environment law. A security source confirmed grazing in these reserves is strictly forbidden because camel and sheep cause damage inside the reserve.
