Buttermilk pancakes

Ingredient­s:

2 cups all-purpose flour; 2 tbsp sugar; 1 tsp baking powder; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp salt; 2 cups buttermilk; 1/4 cup sour cream; 2 eggs; 3 tbsp butter; 1 to 2 tsp oil

Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a bowl. Whisk in the buttermilk, sour cream, eggs and melted butter. Allow the batter to sit for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Using 1/2 cup measure, portion batter into pan in 4 places. Cook until both sides are golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes longer.
