KNPC spent KD 2.2m on bonuses:

The Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) has spent KD 2.2 million in bonuses over the past five years for the local marketing department, reports Al-Anba daily quoting reliable oil sources.

The sources added the KNPC during fiscal 2017/2018 has spent about 452.6 thousand dinars in bonuses for employees in the local marketing.

According to the KNPC’s job evaluation system, which determines each job based on the scientific qualificat­ion, job requiremen­ts and years of experience, the assessment of the function of the filling stations is rated 12, while the first stations are rated 13.

The sources pointed out that all the fuel filling stations of the company are managed by the Kuwaitis who work in the local marketing department sector. These workers supervise, organize and control those stations and supervisor­s are distribute­d to those stations according to a schedule prepared in advance and agreed to achieve the public interest.
