Drug prevention:

Under the patronage of the Director General of Drug Control General Department (DCGD) in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), a workshop on the National Drug Use Prevention Policy and Management was held recently at the UN House.

Ministry of Interior represented by the General Department of Drug Control and UNDP represented by Drugs and Crime Office organized the event with several participating bodies, including the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Kuwait Fire Service Department, Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, State Ministry for Youth, Private Universities Council, Ministry of Information, Ministry of education, ministry of Higher Education, Ministry of Defense, National Guard, Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, Public Authority for Sport, Public Agency for Environment and others.
