The number of Kuwaitis, aged 41 to 50, working in the governmental sector reached 61,600 while those whose ages range from 51 to 60 years reached 16,000.

Meanwhile, knowledgeable sources pointed out that the high number of young Kuwaitis employed in the governmental sector – around 70 percent of the total number of Kuwaiti employees – reflects positively on appointments to supervisory and leadership positions, as the number of young Kuwaitis who occupy these posts increased compared to previous years.
