Man found dead, foul play seen

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 18: An Egyptian expatriate was arrested for stealing credit cards, purchasing mobile recharge cards, and selling them at lesser prices in the market.

According to security sources, a Kuwaiti citizen had reported the theft of his credit card and withdrawal of amounts through the stolen card. Investigations conducted by Jahra securitymen led to the discovery of the Egyptian suspect. He was arrested in possession of a number of mobile recharge cards and referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.
