Burgan Bank launches first-of-its-kind interactive bank statement in Kuwait

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 18: Burgan Bank, one of the most innovative banks in Kuwait, recently launched the Àrst-of-its-kind interactive statement as part of its ongoing digital evolution. Keeping in line with the latest technological applications in banking, the eco-friendly interactive e-statements will enable Burgan Bank·s customers to view their account details in an interactive manner, instead of the traditional static version.

Expanding on the eco-friendly email statements platform, the new interactive offering delivers optimal convenience through a dynamic search and sort feature, personalized info graphics and a single point view of the entire relationship with the bank, ensuring a differentiated experience.

While the traditional statement that comes in a PDF format only holds personal account details, the new consolidated interactive statement provides customers a complete record of their transactions with Burgan Bank such as the liability account, Àxed deposits, loans, and credit cards. The consolidated interactive statement is dispatched to the customers every month at their registered email address.
