Awqaf okays 4th outline of ’40 plan:

The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has approved the fourth outline of the Kuwait 2040 plan, reports Al- Qabas daily.

In a letter forwarded to the Kuwait Municipality, the ministry stressed that the provision of religious services for future expansion works should match the expected population growth in mosques, residential units for Imams and Muezzins, Holy Quran recitation centers and religious service buildings.
