Child rescued:

A child who was home alone and trapped outside a window of his flat in Mangaf area was rescued.

According to a press release, when Fahaheel firefighters received information about a child trapped outside a window of a flat on the top floor of a three-storied building in Mangaf area, they rushed to the location, and knocked on the flat. When they did not receive any response, they broke down the front door of the flat as well as the door of the room inside which was the window where the child was trapped, and managed to rescue the child without any dire consequences.

Necessary action was taken thereafter.
