Welding spark caused bridge fire
The Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD) said the fire on the bridge under construction on the Fifth Ring Road between Firdous and Andalus was probably caused by a fire spark from the welding works, reports AlAnba daily.
Earlier it was reported that the fire was put out by firemen from Sulaibikhat, AlArdhiya, Al-Ansad and Mishref fire centers.
Nonetheless investigations into the fire are ongoing to avoid such incidents in future.
