Yes, the degree portion and indeed the other portions are waiverable but to take advantage of this you must belong to one of a number of professions that qualify for such exemptions. These professions include teachers, nurses, doctors, engineers, imams, journalists, judges etc.

Please my question is, I have married in Kuwait and staying with my wife with Kuwait original married certificate and we are having one baby girl but my wife is using domestic visa (20). And because my salary cap was little I couldn’t make family visa for her but now I have KD 450 salary and I want to ask the procedure or can the law permit me to do it?
