Sweet potato pie

Ingredients: Crust: 1-1/2 cups flour; 1 tsp salt; 2 tbsp sugar; 1/2 tsp baking powder; 6 tbsp butter; 1/4 cup oil; 2 tbsp milk.

Filling: 2 sweet potatoes; 1/2 cup sugar; 1/2 cup brown sugar; 1/2 cup milk; 2 eggs; 1 tsp nutmeg; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Method: Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl. Add in butter and work into the flour mixture. Add in milk and oil. Combine flour mixture with liquid until all is incorporated. Place in a pie pan and evenly press dough in pan. Freeze crust. Boil sweet potatoes. Preheat oven to 350°F. With a mixer, combine sugars, milk, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla to potatoes. Beat until smooth. Pour into pie crust and bake for 1 hour.
