No injuries in Jahra chemical warehouse blaze

Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD) said Thursday firefighters succeeded in controlling a fire that broke out in a warehouse in Al-Jahra city used for chemical and materials, tissues and detergents. No one was hurt.

Firefighters scrambled to fight the blaze in the 1,000-squaremeter warehouse, KFSD said in a statement.

It added an investigation was underway to know causes of the fire. (KUNA)
