Is it a crime ?:

After consultations with security leaders, a report has been submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs about the Asian holding diplomatic immunity using an air gun in the Al-Zour area, reports Al-Anba daily.

According to a security source, the Operations Department of the Ministry of Interior heard gunshots fired in the air and police patrols immediately rushed to the spot and combed the area and identified the shooter. During primary interrogation the man said he was unaware that using air gun is a crime in Kuwait.
