Beetroot cutlet

Ingredient­s: 1 tbsp ginger; 1.5 tbsp garlic; 1 small onion; 1 tbsp coriander leaves; 2 bread slices; 2 beetroots; 2 potatoes; 1 egg; salt to taste

Method: Boil and mash potatoes and beetroots. Add ginger, garlic, finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, finely chopped chilies. Remove the edges of the bread slices. Cut the bread slices in small pieces, and mix it with the mixture. Add salt to taste. The mixture should be hard enough so that u can make it shaped like a pattie. Keep this mixture for about 1/2 hr. Beat one egg then dip the pattie in the egg and then in flour and a little soji (to make it crispier). Heat a pan. Just put the patties on the pan and fry it till it is cooked.
