Egyptian teacher arrested:

Personnel from the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) have arrested an unidentified Egyptian teacher on charges of fraud, reports Al-Rai daily.
The arrest came after a number of his compatriots accused him of deluding them with investment projects and later told them the money he had invested in the project was lost.
A security source said the compatriots did not believe his story and filed a complaint against him.
Cash stolen from baqala:
A Kuwaiti has filed a complaint with the police accusing an unidentified person in military uniform stealing KD 30 from a grocery owned by him, reports Al-Rai daily.
The complainant said the suspect entered the shop and asked for change and when the grocer took the money out of the cash box, the suspect grabbed all the money and escaped.
Police believe that the man is an impersonator.
Indian woman deported:
Airport securitymen prevented an Indian woman from entering the country after it turned out that she had been earlier deported from the country for violating the residence law, reports Al-Rai daily.
The woman allegedly attempted to enter on a forged passport. The woman has been sent back to where she came from.
Girl, youth in hot chase:
A Kuwaiti girl lodged a complaint against a youth who gave her a hot chase on a road in Hawalli area after failure to seduce her.
She reported the incident to officers at the area police station and provided them with details of the suspect, including the number plate of his vehicle, and a case was registered. Investigation is ongoing to arrest him.
