Amir receives congratulatory letters from Deputy PM, Sheikh Mubarak Al-Abdullah on recovery from recent health setback
KUWAIT CITY, Oct 21, (KUNA): His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has received on Monday a cable of congratulations from Pope of the Coptic Orthodox Church of Alexandria Tawadros II on His Highness’s recovery from the recent health setback.
His Highness the Amir sent a reply cable, expressing deep gratitude for the sincere sentiments, as well as wishing Pope Tawadros II lasting wellbeing and more progress.
Meanwhile, His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad AlJaber Al-Sabah received on Monday a phone call from Iraqi figure Ammar Al-Hakim.
During the conversations, AlHakim inquired about His Highness the Amir’s health, expressing joy over the return of the Kuwaiti leader to his country after regular medical checkups.
His Highness the Amir thanked Al-Hakim for inquiry and his sincere wishes of wellbeing.
Furthermore, His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has received on Sunday a cable of congratulations from First Deputy Premier and Defense Minister Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber
Al-Sabah on His Highness’s recovery from the recent health setback.
In the cable, Sheikh Nasser wished His Highness lasting well-being with (our) beloved Kuwait experiencing further progress and prosperity under His Highness’s sagacious leadership.
His Highness the Amir sent a reply cable to the senior government official, expressing deep gratitude for his sincere sentiments, as well as wishing him and Defense Ministry staff lasting wellbeing and more progress.
Later His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a letter of congratulations from Sheikh Mubarak Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, on His Highness’ safe return to Kuwait after finishing his medical checkup in the USA.
In the letter, Sheikh Mubarak thanked Allah for His Highness Sheikh Sabah’s return home and wellbeing, wishing him a long healthy life.
On his part, His Highness the Amir sent a letter to Sheikh Mubarak Al-Abdullah, thanking him for his kind feelings, praying for Allah to protect Kuwait’s peace and security.
