ASSP Kuwait conducts training program
American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), Kuwait Chapter a premier voluntary, non-profit making Health, Safety and Environmental organization conducted free training program on “Preparation Of HSE Plan” recently at Best Western Hotel, Mahboula, Kuwait.
The training proceedings started with the opening address by Mazaruddin Shaikh, Secretary, ASSP, Kuwait Chapter welcomed the participants and briefed about the importance of training programs which helps HSE professionals to stay updated in their field and enhance their careers. Safdar Ali Khan, Treasurer, ASSP, Kuwait Chapter in his address said that we have begun the free training session to provide opportunities to every member of the Chapter to develop skills and gain from expert trainers. Ali Arshad, Head, Training Committee welcomed the participants appreciated for their overwhelming response. He expressed his gratitude to Chapter’s executive committee and members of training committee for extending their support and co-operation. He invited Mustaq Mirza, head, event committee to address the participants. Mirza expressed his happiness for the huge turnout and asked the participants to make the most of every opportunity.
Ali Arshad briefed about the recent and upcoming training programs and invited the well known Safety Engineer Arshad Ayub Shaik and thanked him for his consent and volunteer to conduct the free training session despite his pressing engagements for the benefit of ASSP members.
Arshad Ayub has vast and varied experience of providing leadership for reputed corporates like KNPC, KGOC, PIC, ONGC India, DCW, IAL, Amec Foster Wheeler, Flour, Petrofac, Saipem, Mott Macdonald and L&T in different countries of Europe, Middle East, Africa and in India.
The session was huge success both in numbers of attendance and the quality.
As the session came to an end, Mozammil, member, training committee ASSP thanked Arshad Ayub for his very effective awareness session and the participants for their overwhelming response.
