The first version of the exhibition was hosted by the UAE in 2006, while the following versions occurred in Saudi Arabia in 2009, Qatar in 2011, Bahrain in 2013 and Oman in 2015.

Some affiliated institutions addressed CSC for the restructuring of their sectors in order to carry out the assigned tasks, develop their abilities, and enhance the efficiency of their staff.
