Safir Fintas wins at HORECA Kuwait 2020
Hotel takes part in annual exhibition

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 26: Safir Fintas Kuwait Hotel participated in HORECA Kuwait 2020 for the sixth consecutive year. The annual exhibition has become a hallmark across the hospitality, catering and food industry at a regional and local level with professional decision makers for the testing.
Safir Fintas Kuwait Hotel culinary team was recognized as a winner in 9 categories, from which are categorized as following bagging First Gold, 4 Silver and 4 Bronze Medals.
First Gold Medal was claimed by the pastry Chef Peter for the category of Best “Croissants” in the competition. The 4 Silver Medals were won from the “Traditional Kuwait Dishes” category served from Al Roshinah Kuwaiti Restaurant by Chef Ramu Bou, in addition to the 2 Silver Medals won by Chef Pubudu for the “Wedding Cake” and Best “Croissant”, last was Chef Manjala Silver Medal won in the “Traditional Kuwaiti Desserts” and a Bronze Medal in the “Coffee Challenge”.
The Bronze Medal going to all chefs for the “Theme cake” category, and a Bronze for Chef Ramadan for the”Traditional Kuwaiti Dessert” also served by Al Roshinah Kuwaiti Restaurant, concluding Chef Vijay Bronze for the category of “Cold Sandwiches”.
In an invitation initiated by the General Manager Saif Eddin Mohammed, the culinary team along with the family of Safir Fintas Kuwait Hotel celebrated – with all chefs present headed by the Executive Sous Chef, Wissam Kasdallah including all colleagues at a delight lunch as they were presented with certificates and valuable prizes to honor there impressive efforts and accomplishments.
