Ministry of Public Works Undersecretary Eng Ismail Al-Failkawi issued decision to form a committee headed by Assistant Undersecretary for Constructional Engineering Ghaleb Safouk to determine the responsibilities of entities involved in the supervision of production and implementation of asphalt works, reports Al-Jarida daily.

The daily obtained a copy of the decision which mandates the committee to determine the responsibilities of the abovementioned entities including the Maintenance Engineering Sector, Public Authority for Roads and Transportation, the governmental Examinations and Researches Center, and Quality Control.
