KUWAIT CITY, Feb 1: Director General of Public Authority of the Disabled Dr Shafiqah Al-Awadhi announced that the Misdemeanor Court sentenced some individuals to sevenyear imprisonment each for forging disability certificates.

She said she wondered why the convicts took such actions, which could only be attributed to lack of conscience and care for people with disability.
