Teen stabs father:
The Jahra police have arrested an unidentified Iranian juvenile for stabbing his father in the chest and causing him serious injuries, reports Al-Rai daily.
When the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior received a report on the incident police and paramedics rushed to the spot and rushed the victim to the intensive care unit (ICU) of the Farwaniya Hospital.
The son allegedly went into hiding after committing the crime but was arrested after intense police investigations.
Syrian shot at:
Police are looking for an unidentified Kuwaiti who allegedly shot at a Syrian, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to security sources, the incident happened following a collision between two cars in Sabah Al-Salem.
The Syrian escaped unhurt. A complaint has been filed with the Sabah
Al-Salem Police Station. The bullet allegedly hit the car windshield.
Woman hangs herself:
An unidentified Nepalese woman hanged herself to death in her private room in Al-Ahmadi Governorate, reports Al-Rai daily.
A security source told the daily initial investigations show there is no known motive for the crime.
The corpse has been referred to Forensic medicine while police are investigating the cause of ‘suicide’.
Police hunt thief:
Police are looking for a thief who broke into the house of a Kuwaiti in Sulaibiya, destroyed a surveillance camera and escaped with 1,500 dinars and an expensive watch, reports Al-Rai daily.
Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints to identify the culprit.
